This site gave me all the info I needed to do my first rehab almost two years ago....there is really no better place to get an education and support on real estate investing, and for free at that.Then I got distracted and after running around for a few years chasing my tail, I've been back and after a few months of reading up I'm remotivated again.

The closing agent obviously missed it, but he was not in the room when I brought it up.Fast forward 1 month after closing - after busting my tail working nights and weekends over Christmas and New Years I have the place rented out - and now I'm going over my budget numbers and they aren't adding up - I'm about $1000 over.
