Im pretty sure CA has the most insane, Malibu and Beverly Hills to top it.

Looking for a recommendation for a good closing attorney in north suburbs of Detroit (town of Beverly Hills, MI).Any recommendations greatly appreciated!  

That's like me trying to sell a contact for a house in Beverly Hills to a cash buyer that can only afford to invest in a much lower housing market.

Just to name a few:Perrysburg: A+ suburban, but pricy and they go fastOregon: B suburbanRossford: B suburbanMaumee: B suburbanSouth Toledo / Beverly is probably one of the few within Toledo I would suggest as being relatively safe and also a reasonable commute for you.

Beverly Carter, Steven Wilson, Ashley Oakland - the list goes on.I think the answer is situational awareness and a concealed carry or at the very least, pepper spray.If a buyer sounds too good to be true, agents - and especially female agents - need to be on their toes.
