New Investor from Los Angeles!

Hello everyone! My name is Serena. I currently work full time as a mechanical engineer. I just bought my first home which is a condominium in Signal Hill. I am very new to the real estate world and have been trying to learn as much as possible. Right now, I am mostly interested in learning more about investing in apartment buildings. I haven’t decided about staying residential or commercial. I am also interested in learning about fix and flip houses.
