Hi All,

I am a CPA looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing. I'm hoping to connect with established investors in Chicago and would love to help you in exchange for some wisdom.

If you're interested in meeting for coffee/lunch in the city next week please reply or send me a message.

Best,

Bret

Hey welcome Bret. I primarily do live-in flips/house hacking, which is a great way to get started. I'm looking to get a multi family unit next, which also needs some work. I'm not as established as some other people, but I know a lot of do-it-yourself tricks.
