Being an athlete in college I am a pretty competitive guy and with the corporate structure I don't like having a roof over my head and a person in charge of what I can and can not do.

My wife and I, not only donating thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours, received PTA "Parents of the Year" awards, my small business was a partner (funding "regular" lunches for students without funds) with the LB Education Foundation, and I was a volunteer athletic assistant coach at Poly High School.My recent records request shows that in the 18 months subsequent to implementation of SB 13 (Jan 1 2020 to June 30 2021) the LBUSD received 300 less-than 500 square foot ADU applications and received $461,000 in illegal school impact fees.

I am open to meeting in public (when it is safe to do so).Here are some things I bring to the table:I am tech savyy and could build you a website or a social media presence.I was an athlete until I finished college therefore I can help with physical work in properties like renovations and moving heavy objects.I can clean your place or run any errand for anyone with a property in my area who might be out of town.I graduated with an international business degree and I am fluent in Spanish.I am resourceful and great at research.I am like a sponge, willing to absorb any knowledge thrown at me.

Being a Queen city native myself, Charlotte is and will keep on being a city that grows and creates jobs in various markets (corporate business, RE, banking, athletics, etc.) for at least another 10 years.

My other issue that I am getting when speaking to mortgage lenders is that I am a professional athlete where I play overseas basketball.

Some on BP will disagree, but both of my sons had academic and athletic D1 scholarships, and it would have made zero sense to throw those away.
