22 Year Old Newbie Investor looking for experience!
Hello BiggerPockets community! my name is Charles and I am a 22 year-old who just graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. After thinking for months about what I wanted to do with my life as I entered the professional world, it has become pretty clear that real estate investing is at the top of the list. I am currently in plans to get started with my dad on investing in a few properties, since we live in a touristic area (the Tampa Bay Area) we are looking to invest in properties that can be rented out on AirBnb and other short vacation rental platforms. However, I am open to learning anything about any Niche. I am looking for tips for getting started and would love to connect with someone willing to share their experience with me. I am open to meeting in public (when it is safe to do so).
Here are some things I bring to the table:
I am tech savyy and could build you a website or a social media presence.
I was an athlete until I finished college therefore I can help with physical work in properties like renovations and moving heavy objects.
I can clean your place or run any errand for anyone with a property in my area who might be out of town.
I graduated with an international business degree and I am fluent in Spanish.
I am resourceful and great at research.
I am like a sponge, willing to absorb any knowledge thrown at me.
Please feel free to leave any feedback or express any interest in connecting with me. I am excited about starting this journey and I could not think of a better place to come for guidance.
