Currently have unresponsive small company.Need recommendation or two for another Akron OH company

Not sure how reliable it is.

Hello everyone, I have a house in Euclid for which I need a professional, reliable property management company. 

As I said, there are always bad apples with bad intentions, but for those who are wanting to deal ethically and legally then information is available and there are reliable sources from which to gain knowledge.......but it sure won't be from some guru!

This seems like it won't be reliable however.I also agree with @Michael Gansberg tip to install a timer.  

But if you could go part time and keep maybe 50% of that income so you are not on the bread line..it would free some time to start in real estate while not putting too much pressure on yourself.Plus...as a newbie banks/lenders tend to take some comfort that you have a steady reliable income of some sort until you can prove yourself in fix & flips etc.Best of luck to you.
