See this legal doc.So if you are going to Sandwich, lets look at an example.Say you have a pretty house, good safe neighborhood, no work needed, comps $200K, rent $1500.To Seller: try to negotiate 35 month lease, low option payment, low rent, and a strike price under $185K to create a profit.
