HI, BPers!  I'm new to BP and real estate investing, and I'm interested in pursuing a few of the RE paths I've heard about on the podcasts and at local REIAs, but one that really strikes a chord is note investing.  I'm trying to beef up my knowledge on notes and the other strategies before I jump in.  What would be the best method of learning more?  Are there any courses you recommend?  What's the best way to find/approach a mentor? Assistance/advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
