I might do the whole inside of the shower shelf cubbie,, so you can match something to that area..or glue that tile back in and put new tile over the section. or your stuck putting that tile back in as cracked.. gonna stick out like a diamond in a goats xxx..It took some force to drive a nail that hard to crack that tile.He's responsible,, send him the billLucky he didn't hit a plumbing line.. we've had that and it's a mess.. and the guy was sent the bill good luck..

@Kyle Scharoll Yes, there are, it may take awhile to find the diamond but my suggestion would be to remain patient, don't settle and always keep your eyes open for new deals.

If you get rid of the items they can sue and claim Aunt Edna had given them a 5,000 diamond necklace and now that you moved their stuff it is missing etc.If you have specific questions you need to ask an eviction attorney local to the property.

This would be a great property to get a few partners to go in on say 3 to 4 max all kick in funds to buy it outright so ther eis no debt service on it so you aren't as againt the wall to get it rented and cashflowing....IF this is a REO I Am sure it will take a bit to get it up to rental standards but from what I see and read looks to be a diamond in the ruff.....ANy figures on yearly taxes and insurnace?

DO NOT let anyone just go in the unit and take stuff, as you don't know what's in her will or who has rights to her possessions (you don't want to get sued because some diamond rings are missing...).

If you’re based in Mass. you could also check out Black Diamond REI for the same thing.Second best would be that if you already have one or more contractors you like, you can ask them who they’d recommend, the theory being that good people know and recommend other good people especially since they may have worked together in the past.
