So when she attended an information session for Robert Allen's "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate" seminar in New York last year, she was more than willing to pay $2,495 for Allen's intensive three-day course on real estate investment strategies.Concerned about not having enough to retire on and wanting to pass along some wealth to her kids some day, the 62-year-old New York City educator said to me then: "I am convinced that real estate is the way to go."

I recently sat thru a Rich Dad Mentoring session where they go out in the market and help them get started.

First:I was a student of Brians for about 30 days before quitting the program.There were a few reasons I quit but one of the main reasons was I no longer had any trust in Brian Gibbons and the things he said he was going to do.It is hard to work with someone when there is no trust that they will follow through with anything they say.The following is a description of some of the issues I had during our brief, but expensive, time together.As I said, during the first 30 days Brian did not follow through with almost anything he said he would.1.During our first call he told me he had some marketing material for Landlords that he would send me.30 days later and repeatedly asking him when I would get the document(s), they were never delivered.Meanwhile I was out trying to talk with landlords with none of the materials my coach suggested I should use.Kind of makes it hard to feel confident you can close a deal when your coach fails to provide you with the materials he promises.2.Video Lesson:I feel this was probably what eroded my confidence in his program the most.Brian said that he would record all of our sessions and upload the videos so that I could review them in the future.

I have given myself the next month to attend some networking sessions and workshops and really learn and absorb.

Jarrett:Do you normally have Ruby spill it guts to the session on error, or is this just because you are testing?

It sounds like Judge Jennings can make a ruling from the bench at the end of the session or reserve judgement for later announcement. 

The online requirement is 60 hours in VA but the actual classroom course was only 8 4 hour sessions; so it only ended up being 32 hrs (they assume you will study on your own time which counts towards the requirement).

Robert Rodriguez lives a couple of miles down the road.One of the kid's Dad is a session musician who often works for Willy Nelson.One of the adults, besides doing some TV work is a graduate of the Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Clown College.A couple of the kids have been extras in movies.

I jog 3-4 times a week, but only 2-3 mile sessions.
