Any runners out there?

I know you guys like pounding the pavement to find deals, what about for sport? I run about 4-5 days a week. I don't run particularly high mileage, but I've done 5 ultramarathons, including 3 50 milers, and I ran 76 miles at the Vermont 100-mile endurance run last year. My next race is going to be the Nipmuck trail marathon in Connecticut. I'm going to attempt the Vermont 100 again this year, and hopefully finish. Before I got into real estate, running was my obsession!
