California is an intimidating market for newbies like myself, everyone you know in Real Estate buys into the urban legends of "you can't make money in this market" hype going around unless you have lot's of CASH or A-perfect CREDIT and sometimes, the testimonials you read about contribute as well because they are short on them from this State for some reason.
