When I say network, I'm not referring to Facebook, Twitter, or even LinkedIn, although social networks should play a part in your marketing and advertising campaigns.

I've managed to track down 4 of the 6 who seemed to not be getting my emails (thank you Google, FB, Linkedin, and dumb luck) and confirmed that they weren't receiving.

If I can't find a phone number (White Pages), I'll look up on Facebook or LinkedIn. 

I am talking about placing ads online, using Facebook, Linkedin, BP etc. and really prescreening what they are looking for. 

Other social media sites, like Linkedin and Facebook will have local group meetings advertised as well.
