Craigslist anonymous email problems

I have an ad running on CL using their anonymous email reply system and after receiving multiple emails from the same interested people (seemingly ignoring my responses) I realized that my responses back to them aren't going through. And unless they've included contact information, I have no way to get in touch with them so I'm losing potential renters who think I'm blowing them off! Arghh! Anyone else experience this?
