I am skeptic in it however especially having lived in other parts of the world. it is very difficult to analyze all the factors that going into cost of living because government, healthcare, and tax code amongst many other things.

LOLNot all nonprofits are wobbly, especially if they are hooked upwith health care services.

Making small business owners pay mandatory health care costs for their employees would destroy small business, which is the largest provider of jobs in America.

Never had a bubble or a crash in the 2000s because it is a very stable market anchored by the state government, universities, and health care.  

It's buying with the right tenant mix of stronger white-collar tenants, or blue-collar tenants in recession-proof industries like education and healthcare and government.It also means stress-testing your deals so that you have a very comfortable cushion of vacancy that you can run through and still make your debt service.  

Most importantly, does any of these submarkets have any economic anchors like state government, major universities, major health care centers, or manufacturers that are independent of the economy like military suppliers that employs most of the residents of that submarket?

How about this lets control health care .

It's not just me I'm making these decisions for, my kids have to eat and have health care and eventually go to college!

Now he does not see all the wonderful social and economic transformation of healthcare , education etc anymore as a very doable thing and this should say something.

Though I'll hold off on judgment of the second one until I read the healthcare bill...
