POTENTIAL. FLORIDA SUB MARKETS

Hi All,

The following are the submarkets in Florida that I am thinking about investing in. How do you feel about the following neighborhoods in Florida for multifamily property investing :

1. Oviedo, FL

2. Winter Garden, FL

3. Alafaya, FL

Are any of these more favorable than the others? Should I avoid any of these submarkets? Most importantly, does any of these submarkets have any economic anchors like state government, major universities, major health care centers, or manufacturers that are independent of the economy like military suppliers that employs most of the residents of that submarket?

Thank you,

Jason
