You should be able to get something that checks all the boxes for what tourist are looking for: hot tubs, pool tables & Mountain View’s.

Then, as many local governments restrict short-term rentals in the US, they are oftentimes highly welcomed and even encouraged overseas as they bring tourists that are a boon for the local economy.

The location we are looking at is a tourist area so this would be something we want to use on occasion as well but it’s primary purpose will be rental.

The fact is that the increase in violence in Mexico hasn't deterred tourists from coming and coming back to the country in ever greater numbers.
