Temps in the high 20's to low 30's.

i have a property in Tempe, AZ and I have had zero luck getting booked for Superbowl.

He is in Tempe.

Nothing more enjoyable than showing up to a planning meeting after land use is approved and having the city guys telling you good places to get temp power from on the site instead of reading you your rights. 

Ironically I sold my investment property in Tempe, AZ last year and invested in Worcester, MA which is where I work as an agent. 

Like in phoenix that includes Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, Tempe, ect. 

She was house hacking a single family home with a handful of roommates in Tempe, AZ.Well somebody else at the table (we can call her Karen for the sake of the conversation) was VERY offended about this "house hacking" strategy that she hadn't ever heard of.

I like to have mid-term renters during my slow season; less work, more stable revenue & I don't have to worry about a vacant property during freezing temps. 

However, going shoeless is not in the American culture and such will not be seen as you or I may understand it.I saw later, the reason is to avoid detection of the flooring not being compliant, maybe rugs will work for you.Maybe if you have a fine, as I mentioned above applied to neighbor complaints, then just inform them that walking with heavy shoes on the flooring may cause noise on the ceiling below, may be the tenants will get the idea to walk quietly, might remind tem too that floor speakers with the stereo (if people still use them as I do) will also be an issue with that flooring.Just suggesting other ways to get the message across rather than imposing on them about shoes being worn.
