I am still very new but it is definitely creating momentum. 

They do pretty similar things but zapier seems to be gaining a lot of momentum (especially in enterprise market) and integrate with lots of web services.

Momentum Multifamily is another good one.  

Make sure to keep up the momentum.

You can probably identify an opportunity better when you are familiar with the area.Not to discourage you from out of state investing but personally I feel like there is more room for error on your first one when you do this and its pretty crucial to get it right so you can build confidence and momentum which can carry you to the next one.

Either way the momentum that comes from it is powerful. 

I hear that area is starting gain some momentum again as far as value.I don’t know much about the west parts of town.
