I love the idea that you're targeting these institutions as I truly believe these places (Hopkins Medical Facility, Universities, etc) will be the difference in long term growth here in Baltimore.

From a landlord perspective, is it appropriate to address a medical issue with a tenant though?

Ever since I became vegan, I can work 15hrs with so much energy, clearer thinking, so much more physical discipline, never spend on medical bills, and most importantly if you are a female, flawless skin meaning no makeup, Botox, expensive creams. 

I joined the Navy after high school and served as a combat medic.

Also, any very personal items like family photos, family bible, medical/financial records-store these a bit longer after you get rid of the other stuff.  

For the last 2 years, I have been working in the medical field as a CMA.
