Looking to buy investment property in Houston medical center area. Where can I find agents that work with investors who specialize in this area? I am having a hard time finding agents who specialize in this area and who work with investors. Should I use an agent that doesn't specialize in this area?

@Tom Smith can you be more specific about your acquisition criteria? Are we talking commercial or residential? What’s your price per door? Desired cap? A, B, or C class? So many questions that need to be answered.

The money is made in the details. And the more specific you are the better you can be helped. I’d run away quick from anyone who takes your business without knowing anything about what you’re seeking to accomplish. I’d rather tell someone no then waste their (and my) time by searching for a needle in a haystack.
