Better design and layout?

So I will design and build this software and distribute it here for everyone to use.

As the owner of the property you are able to pick up.As for changing the designated GC, you submit a letter to L&I stating you are changing contractors to the plans examiner who handled the permit and they will change it for you. 

By having every single adult listed on the application and on the lease it also assures your chances of getting money owed to you.

Hi all,When it comes to design, I fall short of ideas.

Name.. date of birth... minor...Any children are occupants.. so 3 adults and 1 child is 4 people.. so if your occupancy is set for 3 people the child would make them over occupancy and they would not qualify for the house.Set occupancy level and make sure they know they can not add another person to lease unless someone would move out and that the new person would have to be screened and qualifyCO signers make no sense in this.. 

The building had historic designation, meaning the new roof costs $1,000,000.
