I'm glad to see another strap hanger on BP.

What they recommended was carbon straps. 

The note business and I think real estate as a whole can only really be taught once you strap up your boots and get in the field.

I've dealt with murder, shootings of the building, fires, showing a property and calling the cops as I was watching a pimp drag a person, and more. 10% isn't enough for me to strap on a gun and manage here anymore so we have been slowly saying good bye to accounts as there isn't enough money.

I can say usually from what you have said the seller sounds cash strapped and is wanting to dump a problem.

Would the construction already have to be underway-- would the property already have to have it's parcel/strap #?....

We kept the old beam in place, replaced all the pier blocks and supported all the posts, jacked the center of the house up with multiple 3ton jacks, ADDED a brand new 2nd beam to help support the span of the Joists, AND get this, had to strap down one side of the old U beam and crank it down to help keep it from staying a U shape.
