I have obtained a treasure trove of information over the weekend with regards to Mortgages, Rates, Suggestions, Training, etc which I believe I have a better understanding on what to do now.  

I literally just got started educating myself on this so my answers may seem a little fuzzy, but this is what I was thinking:-I plan on finding my inventory by contacting a county's tax collector/treasurer's office and requesting a list of parcels that are delinquent on their property taxes but are owned free and clear (So there's no mortgage on the property);-Exit strategy: Craigslist, Postlets, Zillow, etc (Too simplistic??)

@John Warren You owe it to yourself to get the best return you can on your time, talent and treasure.

Instead of more books or courses spend your time learning how to navigate and search the various assessor and treasurer websites.

Basically every time I think I find the treasure, it ends up being a falacy.

With that being said, "one man's junk is another man's treasure."
