What Jay Hinrichs is doing is far more decent from that of wholesaling, building houses, and if I am going to reach that point, I would even pair 10% of all retail houses with low-incomes, maybe more, the point is, I would like to share to the less fortunate, and if there is a way I could scale that, I would.

Connect with a real estate agent as well, you can possibly pair up and get them to give you comps in areas off the MLS.

Generally this issue, paired with a non-responsive HOA (which is why the paperwork typically lapses to begin with) is a deal killer.Edit: Because I know a lot of fellow veterans read my posts - this is identical with VA, except that there are so few VA buyers in many markets that it's actually normal for many HOAs not to bother with it.
