Condo FHA status expired and a non-responsive mgmt company

Hello all,

Need some advice - there is a buyer under contract who can only do an FHA loan and the condo unit for sale FHA status has expired. The management company is not responding to any calls, emails from either buyer/lender or us, the sellers. It's threatening the sale and we cannot reach anyone. We are currently trying to reach anyone on the HOA board for assistance (their contact info is not published and we are confirming the board meeting calendar). Either way, things are urgent right now (due to close 2-3 weeks but not at this rate). Also, I have requested expedited condo docs for the seller and those have not been delivered either after 2 weeks.

Does anyone have advice on how to get a response or how to escalate effectively?

Thanks!
