So I would say brainstorm to save money but not at a cost of an endless battle where it just makes sense to eat that cost to keep the project progressing as you can't find someone at the price you want.

I am not sure what the regulations are but there could be more possibilities with hobbiest, collectors, unique storage the list is endless.

They were always late with rent, always making excuses, made ENDLESS maintenance requests that were baseless, kept the apartment filthy, and overall were just awful people to have to deal with.  

I now use an iphone and it has so many functionalities it is almost endless.
