The house is unfortunately in a T intersection, the dining within the house is on left side and exactly facing the road of the "T".

The property is in a great neighborhood in Denver, new community projects with retail and dining within walking distance.

I've been looking at several row homes lately where the living room leads to a 12x13 dining room which leads to a small 8x8 or so kitchen.

by renting as "furnished"I put in a nice USED : sofa, dining room table-chairs tv, internet, silverware, toaster, bed frames w/ mattresses and lots of pads and covers to seal them!

There is also  darkkkk original wood floors in the living room and dining room which we will refinish/lighten....and I'm thinking natural wood looking 6"x24" plank TILE for the entry way and kitchen (they are connected).  

This property is a 4 bed 3 bath, with a separate office, and dining room, all totaling 2536 sqft.

They also left unused paint, new shutters and alot of other miscellaneous items.So the only thing I have to do is resurface the hardwoods in the living room & bedrooms, put tile in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms.

A dining car with a selection of hot and cold foods, beverages, whatever.I spent almost the whole time at a table with my lap top with plenty of room and about 2" of excess space on either side of the booth, just tapping away.
