A while ago I posted when we purchased this house so I thought it would be good to do an update here in the Deal Diaries forum. This house was purchased for lot value (I LOVE THOSE btw) for $60k. A few months and about $55k or so along with the usual delays to expected when you take a house down to the studs and replace everything!

When I review the Before photos I laugh thinking to myself "you guys actually bought this crap!" But I do believe she turned out pretty good even if I must say so myself. Have had several renovation opportunities arise from buyers who loved the design and workmanship and wanted us to look at their projects.
