I admit that Keller Williams and Century 21 seem to be a fit but I would like to hear from others who could shed light on their experience going from a Full Time cubicle to Part Time agent before eventually becoming an investor. 

Older homes should have windows appropriate to their own period, not 21st Century looks.If buying a home for yourself, go for it!

If one of the 10 greatest investors of the last century doesnt think they can predict a correction, why do all of us then think we are Nostradamus?

Should I go for a big brokerage firm like: Keller Williams, Remax, Century 21?

I am in a position where I am ready to jump back in to the investing world and hit the ground running.I obtained my Utah sales agent license and set up with Century 21 to coincide my investing career so I am also  looking to help anyone who is looking to buy or sell properties.  

The house was built in 1900 and therefore has some issues that are to be expected from houses over a century old.

Wife is with Century 21 now and the commission structure was less up front than KW but way higher on the back end and very low office fees.  

Is this the next crash that is heard of for a century or am I way off base?  

turn of the century land speculators... these properties have been turned over and over for 100 years or more.its the just the greater fool theory is all it is.. preying on those not so swift and a lot of foreigners.

Has anyone worked with an insurance company with solid rates for century old renovated duplexes in the Augusta/Atlanta area?
