one of the quiteclaim deeds county recorder can't find notary in books called it fraud . here is what just happened the lawyers on the case where in best interest and closed on case in court to split property 50/50 and owner passed away but left property in her will to the same person that recorded quiteclaim deed 1st and wasnt the one that was fraud. what can they do now since there stupid lawyers closed not even bringing up any of the fraud or that there's client recorded 1st because the house has a lot of equity and that's what there's after seeing now there getting alot
