I am trying to make a logo for my business, nothing very complicated, mostly I just need to be able to assemble some basic shapes and do recoloring.

So I opened the control panel and removed the timer assembly. 

From the perspective of the appraiser, this is just another one on the assembly line, not a one-off, so it gets done just like the rest.

I had another thought on this subject too that may be useful for converting existing space... if either the building code or the fire protection requirements to have the attic sprinklered is triggered by square footage or volume of attic area, might want to look into seeing if it can be divided into smaller sections with rated assemblies... in short have a horizontal rated assembly (the ceiling) as well as vertical ones (at truss or rafter location).

The contractor is still moving ever so slowly and has given us the excuses recently that:- he underbid this project- he managed to get 4 contracts signed simultaneously which has affected his ability to get things done on timeThe plumbing and electrical are just about done and the kitchen cabinets have been assembled.

As I have mentioned, I am in the process of assembling my team as well as getting together a marketing campaign.

One of my goals is to begin to assemble a team consisting of contractors, agents, property managers, as well as getting to know some other investors in my area.

Then someone at the store has to do all the item picking walking up and down those aisles, they text when you when it's assembled, and then you just swing by and pick it up.
