The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced charges against a phony mortgage lender it says bilked thousands of investors in a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme.

The project is too big for me to handle but I thought about pitching it to a local REIA (they allow members to pitch deals) but adding a "finders fee" on it (I would give a portion back to the church)...Just trying to think of ideas on how to actually do this, would you actually announce it as a free house and say that they would owe me a finders fee?
