She wanted a new a/c system installed and when I refused, the a/c mysteriously went out that night.    

I have no interest in working in the city since it is one of the most crime ridden, poverty stricken cities in the US. per capita, it has the highest drug, murder, and crime rate in the nation.

But I thought investing in real estate was mysterious and scary and that one needed resources, knowledge, connections and skills I didn't have access to.

Someone gave me a copy of her $900 DVD set on rehabbing a few years ago, and it was the most pathetic attempt at a rehab training video I could possibly imagine (for any Mystery Science Theater fans out there, it was 10x worse than anything they covered).

You'll probably get a lot better interaction here on the site when people don't have to look at the "mystery Man" holding the dollar sign!

They have a direct feed from 98% of the 3150 or so counties in the US.What is great about this data is that it’s usually super fresh (they tell you how old it is before you download it) and it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the mystery/difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

I would also find out if this mystery person is making a one-time payment on behalf of the tenants, or if you should expect the tenants to pay the rent in the future.
