In fact, you even so much as started talking about what you can offer and the listing agent drew up papers based on that conversation.Now you want to use a different agent.The question would come down to who is due the commission.Worst case scenario:The listing agent is the one that found the buyer and is due the commission.

@Drew Shirley that is a good point so long as it is the 506(c) as you stipulated and not to be confused with 506(b) which does not allow for public advertising/marketing.In my first post, I warned about people raising funds and getting paid for that from a syndicator rather than being the syndicator/sponsor.
