Not successful real estate investors as far as I know. i used to swim near lake tahoe too near these freezing river, the body needs 8 minutes to get used to the cold water , but that was like three years ago.i meant before the invention of hot shower i think it's natural for our body to adapt to the cold plunge lol

Underwriters can't make their own guidelines on the spot either, there are THOUSANDS of guidelines for each program and product type.Also each company adapts the Fannie/Freddie guidelines in their own internal systems, so it's not a word for word match to the Fannie Mae selling guide.

We have two str 4/4 and each has a double bunk in it. we also keep two higher end blow up twins in there in case they want to adapt other areas and don't want to sleep in a bunk the other rooms either have queens or kings.As others have stated go with bunks but make sure they are not cheap low weight capacity
