If you want to layer on another tactic you can look into ringless voicemail. 

In old buildings, we see trim that was actually not painted until relatively recently but with a multitude of poorly done layers so that it's still more cost effective to remove and replace rather than to adequately prep for new paint.

Just incase there is overlap you can protect both with an extra layer of protection.

There are areas that are slow to welcome the re-vitalization but I think are ripe for opportunity.   

We have talked a little over phone and I feel I have already done a little rapport during that time but just want to make sure I ask all and most vital questions.

So if there is lead paint on a wall 10 layers deep it will detect it even though this paint is not causing an issue, not valuable when children are being poisoned.
