Bill Gulley seemed to be in on the whole fiasco by hinting at the fact that you weren't there to be able to confirm the authenticity of this person.For the sake of full disclosure - I also never saw any of his cats with him.  

The only difference is that you use the term "maybe" and I didn't but then you used the term "surreal" so you' seem to be hinting at the fact that it's probably not going to last.I could comment on what you wrote but the reality is I don't have a crystal bowl.

The congress needs to endorse the bill but it hinted it will be retroactive implying it may hit use by 4/15/18 for 2017 tax. 

I think something that has been hinted at and hidden a little in all these responses needs to be plainly, bluntly and clearly stated. 

With an election year and economic variables, the waters might get a bit choppy, as your Realtor hinted.

Hint: if you don't have your license partner with a friend that does have one and at least refer them to a realtor to get a kickback (if it's legal in your area).End of the day, if you are ethical you are really trying to help people solve their real estate problems.
