I have been unsuccessfully trying for two weeks to get complete utilities ledgers (tenant & owner) spanning just five months at a single property.

In the span of 9 months we were hit first by a tropical storm and then Hurricane Rita.  

I really want the Turno functionality of creating a checklist, requiring photo documentation (or even video documentation if it's a handyman service request), and scheduling these handyman tasks so that it is timed exactly with a guest checking out of a property...and then span that over multiple properties and calendars.I've already used Thumbtack and yeah it gets the job done but you spend so much time just making, vetting, and managing a request. 

Especially for the law aspect, real estate law spans a great variety of areas of law, often handled by several different types of attorneys. 

I only had them for about 2 weeks and in that time span had two double bookings a which they would not cancel.

Here are some of the new ones withing a 2 year time span. 

Roof 25 year life span, floors,10 year life, appliances and hot water heater 12 year life span, hvac 20 year life span, kitchen and bath remodel 20 year life span.

There is only one primary structure, and it spans lots D & E.

For example in montreal around 2015 we picked up a 22 unit rental, came in removed the bad tenants, renovated, increased rents, stabilized the property, refinanced (pulled the money out + its cash flowing great currently / within the span of 24 months).
