I talked with the sister thats dealing with the clean up and she would like to keep the house. 

House #1 where she lives, and house #2 which she rents to my sister.  

I already have 2 other mortgages and do not want to disrupt debt service ratio.Spoke with my sister who did work in mortgages said the realtor is trying to get you to put up x Amount, so if the deal falls through you don't get it back.

Generally, you cannot record abstracts out-of-state unless first obtaining a "sister state judgment", but abstracts work reasonably well in-state.

This is a family situation, I own the building, sister runs the business, but it is damaging our relationship so I'm looking to dump the building, but looking to recoup my potential gains if at all possible.
