Are there any female investors (particularly in the Atlanta area...but I'd be happy to get insight from anyone, no matter your gender or geographical location) that can shed some light on how you are treated, whether it be fair or unfair as well as any tips you have on getting other investors and members of the real estate community to take you as seriously as one of the guys?

You can target Adwords (Google's search advertising platform) for terms buyers are searching for, about your area, like "homes for sale in Austin" but geographically exclude the Austin area.

This makes me think that the geographic areas have a very large part to play in call backs.Another thing I might add.

I looked at 20+ properties and had to change my geographic criteria along the way as well as going from a multi-family search to SFH back to Multi.
