Closed on my first investment property

I closed on my first buy and hold investment property Tuesday. I purchased a duplex in Milwaukee.

Was a fun journey. Got interested and serious about REI about 7 months ago, saved like crazy, networked with anyone I could from friends to other investors to Milwaukee REIA and BP Meet ups and got the deal done.

I looked at 20+ properties and had to change my geographic criteria along the way as well as going from a multi-family search to SFH back to Multi. Learned a ton and my goal now is to build out an efficient landlording system that is scalable and purchase another buy and hold property before the end of 2016 via seller financing or any other creative financing. This REI stuff is a blast!

Thanks for the support BP community to help me get there.
