We didn't use any of it in our house and none of the 5 bathrooms have suffered any ill effects after 18 years.The highly regarded sheetrock guy we used said it doesn't matter if you use regular or greenboard, it will go bad if exposed to water.

There is no “lender” in a Cash Purchase.It will be this way on almost all mls deals....and mls deals have already been exposed to the whole Retail market, with no takers at that price....very small chance you can get an investor to buy near that price.
