KC is a big town, other PM's around sounds like you need to find one that fits your communication/approval for work style.  

Hello BP Community,The next step for me is to become a Pro member.Goal - Network with professionals that are experienced with: Buy and Hold, Buy and Sell of single-family, duplex (2,3,4 unit).Background - 41 years of extensive experience, skill, and value with all styles of homes and Commerical interior tenant up fitting.

It is incredibly landscaped, the architecture is steeped in an Italian coast concept, and a home is attached in the same style on the property.

@Bing Lin - I would look for the office CBRE, Cushman Wakefield, Colliers, etc brokerages and ask the brokers what kind of leasing volume they are seeing, as well as appetite for area, terms, style of office, etc.  

But as someone else said in many groups, make sure you do due diligence on all the cities you are looking to invest in and pick the best that suits your profile, goal, and investment style.

What was their communication style?

My name is Rebecca and my husband, Nick Knox III and I have run Captain Save a Home LLC, Brew City REI Club (a private network of our trusted real estate friends), Brew City REI Training Cafe (ala carte style real estate mentoring/coaching) and Wisconsin Contractor and Handyman Club (contractor-investor connection platform) based out of Milwaukee, WI for the past 8 years.

I loathe that style, and I couldn't do it from another hemisphere if I tried.

The 203K seems more restrictive than Home Style and Home Ready but I'm not sure if there are any other downsides in the non-FHA options that I am not seeing. 

In the future, we plan to be more conscious about cheap and affordable style choices.
