I dont knowas to the OP just was wondering we all only have so much time and maybe concentrating on something that has such a small chance of working is not the best use of your time ,, vis a vi the market for those or the sellers willing to do them and buyers willing to step in might be super small.. also you do have collection issues with any rentals .. but anyway just a thought..

@Eric SchultzI have enjoyed this conversation and it seems like people are willing to comment so I guess I can jump right in and ask for some opinionsI have have several rentals right now but my focus right now is concentrating on my primary in which I owe less than 70 wich is less than what I owe on any of my properties.

Rule of thumb is that anything outside Columbus City Schools will have significantly higher property taxes...Dublin, Grandview Heights, Upper Arlington, Bexley...the good thing is that these are all high quality areas with (except Grandview) low concentrations of available investment properties.
