This is a custom line that they are able to keep low-cost by only offering 3 different door styles with a limited number of finishes.

The previous owner started changing my sfh into a duplex so I'm weighing the pros and cons of finishing the job...

I just recently finished rich dad poor dad and I loved it and opened my eyes, now I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible and trying to get a 4plex to start off.

I'm currently a college student finishing up my last year in Marketing.

In order to keep the attainable 500k goal i need to keep the sq footage.... what would you guys do?  

From planning to architectural to zoning and permitting, etc, Now might be the best time for someone who wants to finish and either move in, or sell the property themselves next spring.In most towns around here, it's still a sellers market.

Just to be sure i'm hoping to finish shopping in a week.
