Different sizes and different placement on the web page.The ultimate winner was always a "skyscraper" to the left of your opening paragraph. 50px/600px banner aligned to the left of your opening paragraph, the color should be in contrast with the background color and the font turned sideways, from the bottom up.This research was done on insurance offers (car/house/health), but the number of clicks those banners were getting were huge.

 you are right I think - so the object is to align those interests. the best way, it appears is to me, is to have a partnership on the project with one person the GC and the other the money/admin/finder of deals - that seems to work well, and that is something I am looking for myself - it makes it a win-win, and if everyone has skin in the game, everyone will be doing their best. but there is the finding and proving of trust period that has to come first and that is tricky?

If nobody else is inhabiting the place during the first year except me doing the repairs, is it in alignment with the rules if I complete whatever paperwork is necessary to make the HUD house my primary residence on paper (although I won't be officially living there because the repairs aren't done)?
