Have a website that is the highly ranked in terms of SEO for your local area for common motivated seller keywords, be able to convert those eyeballs to leads at a consistent rate based on your content and then be able to convince those leads to sell at a high rate based on your salemanship skills.If you can do those three things, you'll be golden...

How have other buy and hold investors handled the influx of leads through lead generation (albeit direct mail, lead generation website, seo) but not become wholesalers?

The do it yourself way took way more time, I had to switch PMs early on and my return is only slightly better.The turnkey way has been essentially effortless (so far) since closing.

I have some knowledge about internet marketing and i have some freelancers that can do website and some SEO.
