Direct Mail Vs Internet Marketing Vs Both
Hi BP members,
I would like to ask some advice on marketing.
Should I do direct mail or internet marketing or both?
My market area is Hampton road area. For direct mail, I'll be focusing on Norfolk only.
I have full time job and I'm in Navy. So, I have limited time due to my work commitment.
I have some knowledge about internet marketing and i have some freelancers that can do website and some SEO.
My goal is get small multifamily deals (duplex to fourplex) for my buy and hold portfolio. Currently, I only 1 single family rental. So, I will be mailing only to those owners.
However, I am not sure what should I be start doing?
What method will be better for my target area?
Which method will be more cost and time effective?
Which should I be considering to start my marketing campaign?
Thank you in advance.

I would do direct mail only if you are targeting MFHs. The cost for internet marketing won't pay off for multi because your target pool is so much smaller.
